Three steps will fix most problems:on mobile

Method 1 - Reboot your device
Switch off your device
Take the battery out
Wait 30 seconds
Put the battery back in, and switch on again


Your data and contacts are not affected by removing the battery.


Method 2  - Reset the settings
To restore your phone to its factory settings, follow the instructions in the guide that came with it.
